Litigation Prompt 7: Master Chronology
Master Chronology — reusable Malaysian civil litigation AI prompt for all stages.
This is a reusable litigation prompt from the Litigation AI Prompt Repository. It is intended for Malaysian civil litigation but can be adapted by changing the placeholders. Use the Universal Litigator Control Block first where source discipline, adversarial review and authority verification matter.
Prompt
Construct a master chronology from `[MATERIALS]`. Use columns: date/time; event; persons involved; source reference; status of fact; legal or evidential significance; disputed by whom; follow-up required. Include undated events in a separate section and infer a date range only where the basis is stated. Flag conflicting dates, retrospective documents, unexplained gaps and events occurring after the dispute arose. Conclude with the five to ten events most likely to determine liability or remedy.
Repository section: Document and Evidence Assessment
Stage: All stages
Suggested use: replace all square-bracket placeholders before running the prompt. For client-confidential materials, prefer a private or local model where available.
