Litigation Prompt 8: Contradiction and Evidential Gap Analysis
Contradiction and Evidential Gap Analysis — reusable Malaysian civil litigation AI prompt for pleadings / pre-trial / trial.
This is a reusable litigation prompt from the Litigation AI Prompt Repository. It is intended for Malaysian civil litigation but can be adapted by changing the placeholders. Use the Universal Litigator Control Block first where source discipline, adversarial review and authority verification matter.
Prompt
Compare all pleadings, statements, affidavits, correspondence, contemporaneous records and objective documents in `[MATERIALS]`. Identify: 1. internal contradictions within each witness’s account; 2. contradictions between witnesses; 3. contradictions between oral accounts and contemporaneous documents; 4. omissions that may be material; 5. changes in position over time; 6. facts asserted without admissible proof; 7. apparently reliable facts that remain legally irrelevant; 8. explanations that should be obtained before relying on the point. Present each issue with exact source references, its significance, the likely innocent explanation, the adverse interpretation and the recommended use or follow-up.
