Litigation Prompt 35: Re-Examination Plan
Re-Examination Plan — reusable Malaysian civil litigation AI prompt for trial.
This is a reusable litigation prompt from the Litigation AI Prompt Repository. It is intended for Malaysian civil litigation but can be adapted by changing the placeholders. Use the Universal Litigator Control Block first where source discipline, adversarial review and authority verification matter.
Prompt
Based on the witness statement and the actual or anticipated cross-examination, prepare a re-examination plan. Identify matters arising from cross-examination that require clarification without leading the witness or introducing a new case. For each, state the damaging answer or ambiguity, why clarification is permissible, and a neutral open question. Exclude attempts merely to repeat evidence-in-chief or repair an answer through suggestion.
