Use the Universal Litigator Control Block first where source discipline, adversarial review and authority verification matter.

Prompt

Assess a proposed appeal from `[DECISION / ORDER]`.

Identify:

- each dispositive finding;
- applicable standard of appellate intervention;
- alleged error of law, fact, mixed fact and law, discretion or procedure;
- where the issue was pleaded, argued and preserved below;
- materiality of the error to the result;
- record supporting and contradicting the proposed ground;
- respondent’s likely answer;
- relief the appellate court can properly grant.

Draft concise proposed grounds of appeal that identify appealable error rather than argumentative particulars. Rank the grounds by strength and explain which grounds should be omitted.
