Identify the nature of the order, sums and deadlines, stay or appeal status, available asset information and possible enforcement mechanisms. Compare each mechanism by prerequisite, target asset, likely speed, cost, disclosure value, risk and practical recoverability.

Address interest, partial satisfaction, cross-border assets, insolvency implications, third-party interests and preservation risks. Recommend a staged enforcement plan and the information required before each step.
