Litigation Prompt 48: Opponent’s Best Case / Red-Team Review
Opponent’s Best Case / Red-Team Review — reusable Malaysian civil litigation AI prompt for any.
This is a reusable litigation prompt from the Litigation AI Prompt Repository. It is intended for Malaysian civil litigation but can be adapted by changing the placeholders. Use the Universal Litigator Control Block first where source discipline, adversarial review and authority verification matter.
Prompt
Assume the role of experienced opposing counsel. Construct the strongest properly arguable case against `[CLIENT’S POSITION]` using `[MATERIALS]`. Identify the best attack on jurisdiction, standing, limitation, pleadings, documentary construction, factual proof, credibility, causation, loss and remedy. Locate concessions and documents the opponent would emphasise. State which client arguments are overstated or vulnerable. Then return to counsel for `[CLIENT]` and propose a response, further evidence, amendment, concession, settlement position or strategic change for each vulnerability. Do not create facts for either side.
